Whilst we work with over 35 diverse Developers across the Republic, the portfolios sometimes are not quite exactly right for some clients, who prefer to put their own stamp on a property right from the start by designing their own dream home.
We work with these clients alongside architects and engineers, to fully understand the specific, individual requirements, both land and building, to see what is or is not possible in a particular location, and see through the ideas of clients into the stages of permissions, design, construction and final delivery.
After construction we will help with utility connections, furnishings, gardens, security, lettings, resales (see after Sales)
Because of the uniqueness of these properties they command high prices in the resale market and have proved to be consistently good investments
