• Introductions will be made to satellite TV companies, and Insurance companies for competitive house and contents quotes.
• The rentals service will be explained, and Agreements set up.
• Maintenance: We source good local tradesmen; plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators, motor mechanics for alterations or repairs. Pool and Garden service companies, cleaning companies, including initial clean, domestic help and pre rental cleans.

SERVICES CHARGED:

There are a number of services that require considerable staff time and mileage to complete, for which nominal charges have to be made, to cover these costs and are quoted at the time of request.

These services include additional photography, key cutting, attending deliveries to your property, security, special cleans, translations, utility visits and telephone connection assistance.
