1999 - Establishment of Best of Cyprus

1999 / 2002 - Continual progress, consolidation and build up of new Commercial Agreements with Developers in Cyprus and with International Associates worldwide.
- Large increase in Cyprus Developer Agreements and client database.

2003 - The success of Best of Cyprus in the formative years, and Investment opportunities in European countries emerging from the old eastern bloc provided a model for the opening of Best of Bulgaria in Varna, where we are now a Developer in our own right, constructing projects throughout the country.

2003 / 2006 - Strong marketing push backed up by quality marketing materials, including Exhibition attendances in many European cities

2006 / 2008 - Reorganisation and development of Agency Liaison and Rentals services.
- Development of new websites and specialist products.
- New focus on the Russian, Scandinavian and Middle East markets
